Dr. Armen Hagop Dikranian, MD

I showed up to my first appointment 15 minutes early so I could have enough time to take care of paper works. After waiting 45 minutes I was admitted to the exam room. After another 15 minutes, a man showed up and told me Dr. Armen is not available so he is going to see me instead. I found out later he is a nurse practitioner. I asked him why I was not called before I come in. I have to take half a day off from work. He said sorry. I said I want my credit back because they charged me upfront. I asked the office staff to write me a short note for my record. It only need to mention no doctor has seen me for this visit. They refused to do that. After arguing with the Administrator woman for about 10 minutes she unwilling gave me a memo. I ran into bait and switch before. However, in all the other cases they will let me know when I check-in, not after waiting an hour. I think this is a ridiculous way to a customer.

Dr. Dikranian, Understood my health concerns and explained every procedure which made me feel very comfortable and confident in his abilities to resolve my health issues. Excellent staff. Thank You.

He really listens to you and isn't in a rush to get you in and out like most doctors. He also gives you a detailed diagnoses and explains to you how he determined that diagnoses. He also does explains the treatment options and his reasoning for them. Seems like a genuinely nice guy.

I have never had a doctor like him. It is a privilege and a pleasure to have Dr. Dikranian as my doctor. He was always kind and thoughful, sensitive and considerated. He touch my life with his kindness more than words can say!!!!
