Dr. Arnold John Kiburz IV, MD

I decided to go elsewhere due to Dr Kiburz's staff, most notably medical assistant, Arlene Diaz. I'm sure Kiburz is a skilled surgeon, but shoukd ne made aware of the support staff around him who make an impression on new and prospective patients.

I was seen by dr. Kiburz didn't even bother to take the time to ask any questions all he kept asking and telling me that I was too overweight didn't even look at my x-rays or my MRI I do not appreciate a doctor that is not happy with his filled he needs to find a better profession if he cannot be the best doctor to his patients wow and if you think a woman that weighs 160 lb is really overweight and that's all your focus on I can imagine how you treat your obese patients we are humans respect us the way you want to be respected

My daughter was referred to NM Ortho for a bone lesion finding on an xray. we waited over an hour to be seen by Dr Kiburz PA. The PA was quite nice and told us he needed to get the doctor to see my daughter (because of the unusual finding). The doctor refused to see her because she had only been in pain for two days. He didn't bother to look at her chart and see that she has additional concerning symptoms. Worst of all, he discounted the review of THREE radiologists and the initial doctor insisting that her clothes were causing the finding on the xray. There is an indentation and shadow of her pant leg pulled above her knee clearly showing on the xray, well above area of concern. Some doctor!!! We were able to get an MRI when we insisted on one since she can't walk. After that we will definitely be following up with a different doctor. I've no respect for this doctor, way to show concern for your patients.

Dr. Kiburz performed surgery on my right leg several years ago following an accident slipping on icy stairs at my house. After a trip to the ER, I was able to get an immediate appointment with this practice. Dr. Kiburz quickly diagnosed my injury and recommended the surgery necessary to repair the damage. He explained in great detail what to expect during surgery, during the first week of recovery and during the long physical therapy process. His office staff kept in touch with me, especially during the first couple of days after surgery to make sure that I was doing well. I was very impressed with their concern for my recovery. Everything Dr. Kiburz told me about the recovery process was accurate (pain management, the physical therapy process, prognosis, etc.). This could have been a career ending permanent disabling injury. I am happy to say that after several years I am back to 100%. Everyone from Dr. Kiburz, to his surgical/nursing staff and administrative staff were very… professional and courteous. A+ orthopaedic surgeon.

the worst doctor I've ever seen in my life very arrogant rude it's his way or no way.this doctor gave me the impression that he is watch too many episodes of House very bad doctor.
