My wife and I went searching for an OB/GYN who would respect our wishes for a natural childbirth. In the Seattle area it seems that cesarean section is the childbirth of choice for most of the OB/GYN's I've talk to . We approach Dr. singular as a third choice to receive care and told her our concerns about having a natural childbirth. At first she seem to honor our desires but on our third visit she started talking about the size of my wife who is petite, and making statements to us that she doesn't feel that my wife body was capable of giving a vaginal birth, even though she know we sought her out specifically for that. Not only did we seek out a Doctor Who would respect our wishes for a natural vaginal birth we also preferred not to have any inductions or any interventions whatsoever. But the closer and closer we got to birth the more and more she spoke of having an induction done. Completely opposite of our wishes. I would never recommend her.
