Dr. Toole’s in-person manner is polite, but her professional follow-through is profoundly disappointing, especially for a concierge physician. Despite my providing detailed outlines and clearly identifying necessary referrals and treatments, she failed to include this crucial information in my official medical record. When confronted, she responded evasively and offered misleading assurances about the completeness of my documentation. Her charting was minimal to the point of negligence, dangerously misrepresenting my actual health status. When it came to work accommodations, she shifted nearly all responsibility onto me, supplying only one vague sentence. Astonishingly, my employer accepted it. For serious disability paperwork, she initially agreed to help but ultimately stalled and withdrew completely. Repeated attempts to secure honest, straightforward communication were met with empty sympathy or outright silence. This lack of transparency and accountability paints a clear… picture. Dr. Toole’s move into concierge medicine appears motivated not by patient care but by a desire to minimize effort while charging premium fees. Wanting to do as little work as possible for the highest pay is understandable; it’s human. In many jobs, that’s tolerated. But doctors are held to a higher standard and bound by a professional code of ethics. On that measure, Dr. Toole fails entirely.

Dr. Toole has one of those bedside manners that instantly puts you at ease. She is unfailingly warm, kind, and attentive during visits, making you feel valued as a patient. Her verbal validations and gentle reassurances come with a practiced ease, creating an atmosphere of support that many will find comforting. When you ask for assistance, Dr. Toole is always more than happy to lend a hand and typically responds in a timely and courteous manner, which provides a comforting sense of partnership. For those who appreciate being actively involved in managing their care, this approach offers a wonderful opportunity to exercise personal initiative while still feeling supported. Patients with more complex or multifaceted health needs may discover that the journey requires quite a bit of self-advocacy and follow-up. It’s almost delightful how this model encourages patients to become experts in their own care, fostering independence and resilience that might not have been anticipated… initially. Her documentation style is elegantly succinct, offering a minimalist canvas that invites patients to contribute their own detailed insights, an intriguing balance to the warmth and attentiveness shown in person. Overall, Dr. Toole’s practice shines brightest for those who value kindness and gentle encouragement during appointments. I didn't like that my prescriptions gets mixed up every other visit and I have to remind her what she said. I called and can only text, only to get a teenager who is a doctor assistant, wonderful person, but not a doctor for a very serious health condition. They say "Go to the emergency room" but never want to look at me. MDVIP is a scam. It costs two grand to see this doctor who just started within a decade and never see any cars in their parking lot. My other health care people do much more than this program that reads your blood lab results... The others ALL do that and talk with patients. My friends and family wrote many of her good reviews hoping to help her because I was excited at first. I like Dr. Toole but being clung to MDVIP is not the way to go.

First time with Dr. Toole was professional and outstanding at discovering and evaluating my condition. My former doctor had too many patients to even think of my health. I will retain her even if I am feeling very well with no problems.

Dr. Toole takes time to discuss things in detail, listen to you, answer your questions, and make things happen promptly. Very thorough.
