I had a visit with Dr Chen to discuss future hip surgery within the context of my present medical issues. He was very patient, listened well, was most respectful and affirming of my concerns. He offered possible solutions to each issue. He took his time and did not rush me. He is an exceptionally caring and sensitive doctor and my husband and I felt fortunate to have his professional skills.

I had a hamstring tear repair and after 6 months I was completely back to normal. I enjoyed Dr. Chen and felt he was very easy to talk too and listened to my concerns.

Dr Chen is an incredible surgeon and has a top tier PT recovery protocol. I went home for recovery and my PT in South Carolina told me it was the best protocol she has ever seen. He also has great bedside manner and people skills - taking the time to help me understand my plan of diagnosis options and answer many questions in a compassionate way.

He recommended a PRP injection for two tears in hip tendon.Great doctor. Listened intently to me and my concerns and answered all my questions.took his time explaining the process and what to expect. Not gonna lie, injection was painful. Hopeful for a good recovery for it.

Dr Chen is so respectful, clear and thorough in his explanations, and obviously very competent. I never felt rushed or talked down to like I have in the past with some other orthopedic surgeons. His support team including Sally and heather are incredibly caring, kind and responsive. Would recommend them anytime to anyone without reservation.

Dr. Chen made me feel comfortable from the moment he walked in the room! Very friendly and explained my condition thoroughly in terms I understand. I may have to go back and if I do I would not be nervous.
