My son is 22 yrs old with Down Syndrome who had very bad urethral strictures, he was se by Dr. Maleab and it was determined he needed reconstructive surgery of the urethra. Dr. Maleab did a excellent job, his staff is great, the preop dept could use a great deal of work but Dr Maleab is a wonderful Dr with a great bed side manner.

Dr. Malaeb is the best. I cannot thank him enough for fixing me. I am so glad I was sent to him, as I dont think anybody could have done what he did. I would recommend him to everybody. I also cannnot thank him enough for healing me and giving my life back to me.. wonderful doctor!!!!

Dr. Malaeb did an excellent job pre-op, surgery and post-op. He does not have time to waste chit-chatting in the office. Never the less, he is courteous and informative. This was my third urethroplasty since 1972. I am convinced he was the best surgeon. I admire him for the stamina to do 213 minutes of specialized surgery on a patient who had been cut-on a few times before (with associated scar tissue, etc.).

He is a very knowledgeable physician. I had numerous surgeries for the same condition with very bad results at the hand of other urologist. He was able to correctly diagnose and treat my complex situation while at the same time ensuring that I was comfortable with every step and I was a key part of the decision making. He listens! And gave me a lot of time

I think he did a very good job. My understanding and expectations of the final results of the procedure he performed were a bit unclear. The end result of the procedure could have been explained better prior to surgery to help give me realistic expectations. Slow recovery process, but the doctor keeps saying to give it time.

DR MALAEB IS AN EXCELLENT SURGEON WITH GREAT BEDSIDE MANNER. OVERALL, I'M VERY HAPPY WITH HIM. HE RECONSTRUCTED MY DAMAGED URETER AND EVERYTHING HAS BEEN WORKING FINE. I SEE HIM NEXT WEEK FOR MY FINAL TESTS.

I am thankful indeed that UM assigned me to Dr. Malaeb to address my urology health-related issues. I am amazed at his cordial demeanor, outstanding bedside manner, his thorough examination and explanation of findings and options, and more.
