always take extra time to listen to my concerns and explain my treatment options. Dr. Munn fixed my broken wrist with a plate and screws years ago. He did such a great job. I have full range of motion in my wrist and no problems. He also replaced my ACL and repaired my meniscus after a motorcycle accident. My PT said the surgeon had exactly the correct tension on the repair. When my mother broke her ankle, he was able to work with her to avoid surgery. I have found that Dr. Munn takes the conservative approach to orthopedic concerns. He will not suggest surgery if you can get relief and healing with shots or PT. If your problem does require surgery, he is the best doctor to correct the problem with excellent results. I recommend Dr. Munn to everyone I know. I really cannot say enough good things about him. Every friend and family member that sees him says the same. Also, Lee Anne Jones, his amazing nurse, was there and available every time I had a question or concern. She is now… the triage nurse for the practice. Call Lee Anne and she will help you get the treatment you need. Thank you Dr. Munn and Lee Anne from the bottom of my heart. You have improved my quality of life

Only person contacted during my Longstreet visit was with a Physician Assistant (PA). Only feedback or interaction I received from Dr. Munn was a $198 bill, a 10 word note after he viewed the X-Rays (I assume) and saying the same thing as the PA. Never saw this Munn character, don't know if he was even there that day. PA wrote a prescription I didn’t need. No professional advice or consultation at all regarding knee cartilage damage. In addition, turns out shoulder had lipoma that wasn’t diagnosed even though x-rays were taken and reviewed by Munn as “No acute findings or significant degenerative changes noted.” I finally found out how to treat the knee and shoulder after going to a reputable clinic (surgery needed). Unbelievable the way Longstreet and Munn operate. Longstreet is nothing but a hack clinic as I have told everyone. You should be ashamed the way you treat patients. Never again.

Dr.munn is an excellent doctor who cares and listens to his patients.he did a complete hip replacement and I have nothing negative to say

Dr Munn is my hero. He saved my life, he saved my leg. He never gave up on me. Almost *wink*. I was a tough case. I wouldn’t see any other orthopedic surgeon. Great doctor.

I was assigned Dr Munn for a workers comp injury after 7 weeks on crutches. The first thing he did was find out about me - that I run, hike, bike, kayak, rock climb. From that point forward it was all about getting me on the roads again - not working, or just functioning, but being myself. He immediately offered me a date for surgery and within a week I was repaired. I have since run over 50 races in 3 years and my leg is stronger than pre-injury. If you have a knee problem, he's your man.

Dr. Munn did surgery on my hand, I had a trigger thumb and index finger. He was great to work with and so was his PA. Excellent Doctor !

A very down to earth doctor. I felt like he would be able to help and I trust him.

Dr. Munn performed a bilateral knee replacement on my wife. His staff is friendly and patients are seen at appointed times. She was walking up four steps before leaving the hospital. Her physical therapist said her recovery was the shortest they ever seen. She was walking without a walker or cane in four weeks. As far as my wife and I are concern Dr. Munn's expertise is second to none. The Gainesville hospital shaft and facilities are excellent. I recommend him and his staff for any joint replacement.

I belive this is the dr is a great dr and tried very hard to find out what is wrong with me.

I would not recommend this doctor. Said it was okay for my child with scoliosis to carry the stacks of heavy highschool books, refusing to write letter to school which would allow my child to leave books in class. Also, made me and my daughter feel uneasy when he squeezed and rubbed her shoulders as he pretended to listen to my concerns. I am searching for a new dr.
