They messed up my billing and we were billed a huge amount by insurance because the doctor’s office submitted a wrong code. We requested them multiple times to sort it with the insurance and they kept saying they will and dragged it and the bill went to collection. Now the lady at the front desk says she can’t do anything about it and that we have to pay the bill. She said she contacted the insurance and tried but the insurance company said they DID NOT receive any inquiries from the doctors office. Obviously she messed up and was just lying about it. Now we have a huge bill to pay fot what was totally their fault. Be careful. They r old and outdated! The lady at the front is rude and pathetic!

I had one of the worst experiences at this doctor’s office, mainly due to the receptionist, Deb. When I questioned why my appointment was double-booked, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. After that, she mishandled my insurance claim, and I truly feel it may have been done intentionally. As a result, I was charged three times more than I should have been. When I tried to speak with her to fix the issue, she was not only unhelpful but also disconnected my call —I also waited over three hours during my visit with no resolution. This was an incredibly upsetting experience, and I will not be returning to this office.

The office staff is completely incompetent when it comes to referrals, and expresses no desire to help the patients. Worst service I have ever encountered in any customer-facing business. As soon as I find a new doctor, I plan to file a complaint.

Staff is unwilling to communicate with specialist who needs a referral in order to see me for a serious condition. Billing manager refuses to pick up phone or respond to phone calls. Am seriously considering filing a complaint.

this office practice needs to update their process. They do not utilize the referral process within the system available. Patients are required to submit a written form which then takes a week to get into the system. They are very disorganized and not very helpful. In trying to reach the office manager, the answering machine was full. WHAT!! the doctor may be reputable but his office is antiquated. any other doctor office for a PCP can put a referral into the system in minutes, not 5 days.

Dr. Kline is a very intelligent and studious person. He is a good listener, takes his profession and patients very seriously and has the rare qualities of a learned professional with just the right amount of compassion. He is a man of high moral character - making him a giant among his peers.

The best family doctor around and also the most affordable if your not insured. He will take his time with. Never rush you out. Very patient. In fact he will even spend extra time on the weekends going over any of our lab results and than mail them to you at home. No extra follow up visits unless tests come up positive. I hope he keeps practicing for the next 20 years!

Dr. Kline has been my primary care doctor for over 10 years, and I place great trust in him. I am amazed at his medical expertise, grateful for the considerable time he spends with me, and appreciative of the personal relationship we have developed. Sometimes I have to wait in Dr. Kline's office to see him but he is worth waiting for.

Very nice doc. Very smart. Spends a lot of time with. Very nice staff.

Dr. Kline is a great doctor. He has been my primary care physician for the last 15 years, ever since we moved to NJ. He is patient, an excellent listener and will spend an hour listening to you. I would recommend him highly for any age group.
