Dr. Bradley Rulon Melville, MD

My visit with Dr. Melville, was not a good experience at all. Dr. Melville himself is pretty Condescending and the staff is even worse. I went in hardly able to walk with nerve issues in my back and a pinched nerve in my neck due to 3 bad falls two weeks before my visit. My hands are numb I have to use a walker to get around, he said he wouldn’t do anything until he gets an MRI. A week has gone by And I seem to be get getting weaker, which I told the scheduling nurse. I waited for them to send pre-authorization to my to my insurance . So a week later I finally called my insurance to see what’s the hold up and the doctors office had not sent a pre-authorization at all. When I called the office to talk to him about it the person that supposed to send the authorization has not done it yet he’s either out of the office or not at his desk every time I call.There’s no urgency or accountability in the office staff at all. After going round and round with Dr. Melville staff I finally told them… I would just find another doctor. I don’t recommend their office and Dr. Melville and staff at all.

Never remembered who I was, what I was there for, what he had already done...........never cared that I was in pain.............thought I should just deal with it.

Dr Bradley Melville is highly skilled compassionate and caring physician. He is very skilled in diagnosing and treatment of nerve and spinal injuries He cares about his patients and takes time to visits about options and treatments I highly recommend Dr Melville and the physicians and staff at the Utah Spine Care team they are the absolute best in the State of Utah
