Our experience with Dr. Kelly was disappointing—not because of the office visit itself, but because of what happened afterward. Dr. Kelly later stated in writing that the full-body scan performed on my daughter was not what he ordered. Despite this documented discrepancy, no meaningful investigation was initiated, no clear explanation was provided, and no corrective action was communicated to us. We were redirected between the physician’s office and billing, with each department deflecting responsibility. The question of whether the exam exceeded the original order—and whether that affected billing—remains unresolved. More concerning was the lack of ownership. If imaging can be performed beyond what was ordered and no formal review follows, that reflects a serious breakdown in coordination. For a pediatric patient, clarity and accountability are especially important. In addition, the front desk was unable to assist with setting up my daughter’s MyChart account, which created… unnecessary delays and frustration. While the clinical visit itself was adequate, the failure to resolve a documented discrepancy significantly affected our trust.

Dr. Brian Kelly is an amazing physician. He answers all of our questions without any hesitation. He is punctual for your appointments. His bedside manner is exceptional. He takes time with your child and makes you feel extremely important. My son had a spinal fusion for scoliosis. His staff (each one of them was kind and thorough). Thank you Dr. Kelly and staff. Dr. Kelly saw us through a very difficult journey with scoliosis. He tried every avenue before surgery, and took care of our daughter with the utmost professionalism, knowledge, and compassion. He is wonderful with kids and is straightforward and truthful. Your child is under the best care available, not only from Dr. Kelly, but also his staff. We highly recommend him for the scoliosis journey, and feel fortunate to have had him on our team.

Dr. Brian Kelly was punctual at the time of the appointment. He asked questions, reviewed our child's passed records, listened to our daughter's concerns and did a thorough exam. He discussed the xrays and gave clear explanation and recomendations. He allowed us to asked questions and answered them without hesitation and with clear explanation. I would recommend Dr. Kelly.

My daughter had the worst issues during and after her spinal surgery (not by him) in Indy. We begged for answers for months..3 different hospitals and Rileys gave us some answers...she was allergic to opioiods and narcotics. She still continued to have blackout and dizzy spells. No one could give us a reason why. She was terrified of her original Dr. for what he put her through and still is (she's 12). We were referred to Dr. Kelly. He listened to everything that happened and talked to her with total concern. He gave us a lot of useful information and also felt concerned about her blackouts and dizzy spells. He made sure we were referred to a Neuro. The Dr. he referred us to gave us 100% all answers. If it wasn't for Dr. Kelly we would still be trying to figure this out. He is a great Dr. and truly is looking out for his patients. We will continue to use him as her new Spine Dr. for future check ups.

Dr. Brian Kelly is an amazing doctor. His bedside manor was absolutely incredible. He made both me and my child fee at ease and explained everything so that we could understand him. I would recommend him to anyone.

His ability to speak to a patient or parents and provide extensive factual information about your child is non-existent. For someone who works with children, he needs to have more compassion and understanding. Horrible experience with this doctor, will not be returning.
