Dr. Brian Charles Bennett, MD

Patient had to go through multiple layers of: a phone call to person, then switched to a voice mail, then leave a message, and finally what for a return call in order to make an appointment (NOT A GOOD SYSTEM). The doctor seemed OK, except when patient tried to talk (the doctor seemed bothered). The patient was told by doctor procedure would be scheduled ASAP. Well at checkout was told someone would call patient to schedule procedure. After six days later, no call from the doctor’s people or organization, and that's after patient tried multiple times following up through their scheduling hierarchy. Had to actually go into doctor’s office face to face with his staff to get his personal off-site scheduler to call patient. The person who finally called had a chip on her shoulder and immediately started blaming patient for her not seeing any request or voicemails that patient had left. She then purposely hangs up on patient when the patient tries to get a word in over the scheduler. Not… the way to handle business.

Surgery is part art and part science. An excellent doctor is not necessarily an excellent surgeon. Based on my surgery and my interaction with him, I believe Dr. Bennett is both an excellent doctor and excellent surgeon.

Long wait times but the Dr was great! You never speak with a live person when you call and they do not return your calls when you leave a message.
