Dr. Brian Thomas Chin, MD

Dr Brian Chin refused care to me to check my 20 yr Lapband because he wasn’t the surgeon who placed it. I previously lived out of state. His staff is unprofessional and rude and I do not recommend.

A medical office should not answer a patient call with a voice mailbox as this office does. Messages left are not returned. Hire more staff.

I am really impressed with Dr. Chin. He seems bright, enthusiastic, and well-educated. Some of his staff, however, are lacking in basic social etiquette and manners. One girl left me a message and when I called back, it took her a really long time for her to figure out who I was. Jeez. Way to make a patient feel like a number, plus, don't you write that stuff down?

I had surgery and was advised to Marie a follow up appointment which was made . Twice now my appointment has been canceled. First time message was left on my phone after I had left for the appointment. Second time there was no message. Both times I showed up at the office to find my appointment changed. I see no need in returning to visit this doctor.
