Dr. Brian Joseph Snow, MD

Their office is unorganized. I called to make sure Dr Snow was able to treat a trauma elbow injury. During this call I had the lady run my insurance to verify they accept it. I was told yes and even told my copay amount. I show up for my appointment and the lady that greeted me found my appointment but couldn’t find my paperwork. She asked the gentleman sitting off to her right. He then replies “that’s the patient with Ambetter, we don’t take Ambetter.”. I was then told I could pay cash for my visit. It seems that the gentleman was fully aware prior to my arrival that they did not accept my insurance. Regardless of the lady that scheduled me and verified it. My frustration comes from no one reaching out to me prior to my arrival to tell me they made a mistake and do not accept my insurance. A simple phone call from their office could have saved me a trip. this is 1 hour one way. I cannot drive myself so I had inconvenienced my ride as well due to a sloppy office staff.

Referred by another physician and I can see why. Compassionate, informative and caring. Couldn’t ask for better. Definitely go to him again for orther hip

My appointment was at 3:00 PM and I showed up at 2:50 PM with all the paperwork already filled out. Had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes before I was called in. It took me 40 minutes to get there spent 1:35 min in the office waiting and which included 10 minutes of facetime with Dr. Snow. This clinic is overwhelmed with the volume of patient which is a good thing but not seeing people on time and make them wait for more than 80-90 minutes is very unprofessional. I went there during my working hours and lost 3 hours for a 10 minute consultation. Sad!

His staff is negligent in returning calls when trying to get a message to the doctor or getting appointments. Very frustrating!

I phoned to make a first appointment with the Doctor. First time, the receptionist put me on hold and I finally gave up after 12 minutes. Second time she wanted to give me a call-back. Clearly this office isn't interested in the value of the patient's time.
