Dr. Brian James Zirgibel, MD

I wish I could give negative stars because this doctor does not deserve even 1. He was rude, acted as if he didn't care about my shoulder condition, only spent 30 seconds with me and I tried to ask a question as he was walking out the door. If looks could kill I would be dead on the spot. He gave me the ugliest look i've ever seen. I regret allowing this man to operate on me. I'm still in pain and i'm in the process of scheduling a appt with another doctor. I don't recommend this doctor.

Very disappointed as all he did was say he wanted to order a CT scan of wrist and elbow as he said the x rays we had done were not good. He didn’t even evaluate her arm. He told us nothing else at all except what we asked as we left after being left in room waiting for him to come back. Another dr later looked at x-rays and said they were very good. After ct scan they call and say he wants an MRI. We didn’t go as this was all a money making thing as they are tied in with memorial hospital in Bainbridge. Very disappointed with TOC and this Dr. He acted as if he could care less.

Dr. Zirgibel is a patient, compassionate and competent physician. He takes time to listen and care about his patients’ complaints and concerns as well as explain this treatment plan in a way that is easily understood. I have had surgery twice by him and just love his bedside manner. I hope to never need surgery again, but if I do I hope he’s the one operating.

Saw Dr. Zirgibel after a horrible experience with another TOC physician, and I am extremely pleased with his level of attentiveness and care. He listened when I spoke, asked thoughtful follow-up questions, explained how he reached his conclusion, and though he couldn’t treat my issue himself (the cause of my continued pain is something outside of his specialty), he thought outside the box to correctly identify and diagnose my condition and refer me to a physician who can assist me. Above all, I felt this doctor truly cared and took the time to LISTEN, not just HEAR. Highly recommend him!!!

Dr. Zirgibel did a great repair of a cut tendon in my finger. All of the TOC staff was great!

He took exceptional care of our child. So glad he was her doctor.

I would not recommend to anyone!! Their office screwed up and I feel he took it out on me!! Felt he was short and rude!!! Spent no time with me! Asked him questions he basically blew me off and walked out of room! Waste of my time.
