Dr. Bruce Michael Conger, MD

Dr Conger is a great doctor. He takes the time to answer questions. He always touches on certain important issues even if that is not the point of my visit. He makes sure everything is taken care of before the appointment is over. He has a genuine concern for his patients. His staff is very professional. They are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr Conger.

Excellent diagnostician and extremely caring; spends as much time as necessary in his consultations; very good about follow-up on lab results -- always includes a personal handwritten note. Usually runs late because of the time he spends with his patients.

I have gone to Dr. Conger for nearly 20 years and I cannot say enough good things about his professionalism and bed side manner. However, his staff can be less than helpful - he needs to hire a medical office manager or someone to get his staff better organized and more responsive.

I seriously think this guy got his degree online... wait time horrible... in the waiting room AND the patient room totaled 2 hours when i went... takes 10 pints of blood for no reason no matter whats wrong with you. Never knows whats wrong... always totally clueless... his answer to everything is "I dont know... I'll recommened you a -------- specialist for that". I had to listen to him chatting it up to the guy in the room next to me for 45 mins about the BBQ party he had that weekend. I confronted him about it and you get a lame apology followed by an even weaker diagonsis later on for whatever you came for. He actually threw a vitamin bottle out that I had been saving for over 6 mos to show doctors what mightve been causing my problems just because he didnt like how it looked. Hes lucky my head was clogged that day or else he wouldve normally got cussed out (I hadnt had any sleep at all for 6 days straight and my heart was out of wack so wasnt my normal self ). Im a way better… doctor than he is as much common sense as I have compared to this moron. Didnt even like the guy ( I remembered him from years before) just went to him because I had to and a family member had been using him... theyve dumped him too since then. Plus he's homosexual (reliable sources filled me in) not that that matters but that would explain the overdramatic response to my pill bottle... no straight man would be that inconsiderate to someone elses property unless he was pmsing that day. He's nothing but a pill pusher... definitely getting a bonus for every pharmacuetical he pushes. He never has a clue to whats wrong with you but in less than 3 mins into the convo he's breaking out the prescription pad for the latest drug. Ive learned that certain types of females are way better at being doctors than men are... men just dont have what it takes to be genuinely apathetic to your well being when it comes to health care. My best experiences have all been with middle aged females and older and thats what I look for since this guy. They actually CARE about whats wrong with you and act like it and give you thorough explantions as to what could be the cause. Makes sense, nuturing and communication are really a womans thing anyway. Most men are just in it for the money and prestige and this guys the poster child for it. DO NOT go to this guy unless you had a crazy wild BBQ party you need to blab to someone about for 2 hours. Hes definitely the guy for that.

I have been seeing Dr. Conger for several years now, as my GP. I have been getting more & more irritated with him due to a few important things that he neglects during an appointment. Not only do you usually have to wait for 30-45 mins for your name to get called, even with a "first patient of the day" appointment you still get to wait for 15 mins or more. Typically you wait for 20 mins in the waiting area, then put in a consultation room for another 10-20 mins before the nurses/PA to come by. After they leave, the Dr. still take another 15-20 mins to stop by. But........to me the most important problem is the fact that he will bill for an hour of consultation but only spends 5-10 mins at best with you. Most of the time he comes in takes temp, blood pressure, breathing, and squeezes your belly. The nurse/PA already did the temp & pressure readings.........why waste another few mins of my time??? Dr. Conger is a cool guy, but has some major patient/medical neglect issues to work on. I… am appalled with the fact that he spends so little time with me but always has the time to take phone calls during my [Paid] visit, hopefully he will start learning that we come to him as an upset person dealing with illness and/or pain and are seeking his help and knowledge. Where are the Doctors who still have compassion and care for the people they took an oath to help???, please stop the ignorance and begin focusing on your patient;'s medical needs.
