Dr. Carol E. Mallette, MD

Dr. Carol Mallette has been my doctor for about 10 years maybe longer. She is a great doctor and really listens to you.She is one of my favorite doctors.If you want a good doctor you should give her a try. I highly recommend her.

Excellent experience, Dr. Mallette listened carefully and thoughtfully to my health issues, she started lab work that day and made plans for a future appointment. The office staff were very well organized, helpful and friendly. I was in and out of the office quickly.

Due to so many US Vtererans needing Medical treatment the Government has outsourced treatment in a program called Choice.This MD and 5 others in this Group do not accept this program.They should be ashamed of themselves after the sacrifices US Veterans are making everyday to serve this Country and them!! No Honor....

Dr. Carol Mallette is a wonderfully gifted and caring physician. She is very thorough and extremely proficient and has a great staff.

I have never in my life had such a great experience with a specialist, or rather any doctor, than I had with Dr. Carrol Mallette. My experience was so positive, well beyond any reasonable expectations. Everything was perfect, from the prompt telephone answer to setup an appointment, to the personable, kind lady who helped set my appointment, to the cordial check in lady. The whole office experience was impeccable. This office is run with perfection. As soon as I got my paper work filled out, I was called back to an exam room, where the doctor greeted me almost immediately upon arrival. Dr. Mallette was phenomenal. I have never felt so cared about. She is so smart. She asked me all kinds of questions, even those you wouldn't think of, but then you're like, Yes, I've been experiencing those subtle symptoms, but didn't know they were related. I've just never met a doctor that sharp, and her caring and empathetic bedside manner was moving. I was really quite surprised, if not pleasantly… shocked, as I'm not accustomed to meeting normal people who are GI doctors. From my experience, they're often somewhat eccentric, with less than caring bedside manners, and then, in walks this stunning, yet brilliant doctor, who is normal, down to earth, and actually caring. I just felt so blessed to have found such an awesome doctor. I am scheduled to have an upper scope procedure, and normally I would have a great deal of anxiety, but I have none, because it was evident that Dr. Mallette deeply cared for my wellbeing, and of course, I've researched what an outstanding doctor she is, so I am not having the typical anxiety one might have before a medical procedure. Oh, and one more thing, I had been to several 'regular" doctor appointments, where I specifically requested that I needed a higher dosage on my Omeprazole to no avail. I mean, I'd be told by the doctor that they'd write me the prescription, but at most places, it seemed, if you needed a refill, you'd have to ask the doc, then remind the nurse upon leaving to make sure you got your prescription called in, and even then, it may not get called in. So, I just gave up. Not so, with Dr. Mallette's office. I simply mentioned to Dr. Mallette, in passing, that I was sometimes having to take more Omeprazole than prescribed, because the current dosage wasn't alleviating my pain, I didn't even ask her to write a prescription, as I had given up on that, but to my surprise, when I went to the pharmacy to pickup my prescriptions, I was in complete awe, because there with my other prescriptions, I saw a prescription from Dr, Mallette. I almost cried, I just couldn't believe the care and thoughtfulness, and now, I've had two weeks of zero pain going from 20mg to 40mg of Omeprazole. I'm am actually up typing this review with no pain! I couldn't be more thankful!

Dr. Mallette was extremely nice, informative, and professional. She answered all of my questions and made sure I understood her answers. She was prompt and wiling to spend as much time with me as needed. Her bedside manner is awesome. Very friendly but still very professional. She made me feel very comfortable, and I will definitely be going back to her in the future. I have already recommended her to some friends.

I am a nurse and worked with Dr. Mallette at the bedside. This is why, when I began having issues, I chose to see her. She spent time with me, answered all of my questions in great detail and is very knowlegable. I trusted her with my patients, I would trust her with my loved ones, and I trust her where my personal care is concerned.
