I dread seeing Dr. Gordon. Terrible bedside manner. I will definitely look for another urologist.

It’s very hard to find good doctors in a new area. Dr. Gordon has been courteous and kind and is knowledgeable and professional at all times. I have definitely recommended her.

Crystal and Cheryl at the Oxford office have been absolutely amazing working with my elderly mom! They have been so sweet and kind and patient. I couldn’t ask for more! Janet at the front desk is the epitome of the perfect person in the perfect job!! I have never seen her lose her temper or even start to and I’ve seen some cranky people get on her! She handles them all with grace and professionalism! Y’all are blessed to have all 3 of these ladies!

They must hire their help off the street cause they all seem clueless, and this "doctor" is the worst cause she didn't even spend 5 minutes with me and told me I needed a bunch of tests! And when I asked her why she got an attitude! I didn't go back, I saw my Gyn instead and he sent me elsewhere.

This lady is unorganized, forgets patients in the room (I was undressed for an exam and she forgot me) wont answer questions and only wants to give out antibiotics. Will holler at you if you talk to much.

I have had severe burning in pelvic area for years and I saw this doctor one time and she ordered a test I have never had before, diagnosing one of the causes. She also will be able to fix the other by doing a pudendal nerve block. I am so grateful for her!!!!

Rude Rude No bedside manner talked down to me not wanting to answer my questions and shooed me out like I was an animal

This doctor has no bedside manner at all. She is rude and forget about asking her a question about your problem. She seems to be irritated at the slightest question and is very insulting! I felt like a was a bad child rather than a concerned patient. it was uncomfortable and when I left I didn't know anymore than when I went in! She also prescribed an antibiotic that landed me in the hospital...an antibiotic that wasn't even necessary! Also i will add that the office staff is incompetent and they set up appointments that are wrong....send you to the wrong office and bill you for payment when insurance covers the cost! the whole experience was a nightmare! I would NOT recommend this lady to my worst enemy... find some one else!
