Dr. Charles H Boniske, MD

I was referred to Doctor Boniske by my doctor because I wanted another opinion about my condition and to get a referral to a good Orthoepic surgeon from Boniske. I was seen by an office tech for vitals and as she finished up and left the room she said SHE will be in. Wife went out and asked what she meant by SHE. The women said Collean the PA would be seeing me not Doctor Boniske. So we went up to the front and said that we wanted the appointment with the doctor not a PA. They said we gave you the earliest appointment we had so WE could see you, because the Doctor wouldn't be able to see you for 3 months. Wife said you didn't tell me that. I said I didn't ask to be seen by a PA that we asked for Boniske. They gave my wife the stink eye as she walked out of the reception area until she saw me watching what she was doing and turned away from my own stink eye. We walked out. The problem is with the doctors staff. The lack of communication with us was amazing. Now after waiting a month… to be seen I have to start over and the medical field here wonders why most people go to San Francisco or L.A. for major surgery and to see a great doctor not just OK doctors or incompetent front office staff.

Visalia is fortunate to have Dr. Boniske. He saved my life in 2011 and continues to care for me. He and his staff are like family.

Staff made my son miss his own appointment by forcing me to reschedule to. When my son appointment. Was saying it was that or 3 months down the road

Most of my exam came from an Internist, who was very thorough. Dr. Boniske did not spend much time listing to my concerns. I came away from my appointment feeling as if the internist cared more about my overall health concerns than did the doctor.

Have been Dr.Boniski for 15 yrs. Very caring and take the time to listen to you

I love Dr. Boniske!! He is wonderful! My mom also went to him and she loved him too! He talks to you and tells you everything you need to know.
