Staff don't answer Phone and when they do they are usually Rude and impolite. Test Results are neglected for weeks, and is not until you call when they try to lie their way out. Terrible customer Service. Office Ran Very Poorly! Charges are excessive

The doctor abuses people's insurance. He has all patients do tests for which he bills excessive amounts including allergy testing even for patients which have no symptoms or problems currently or in the past. Billed my insurance over $10K for an allergy test not requested or needed (this is why insurance rates are so high in the US....). This is not the first time this type of excessive billing has occurred. Also, he does not read his notes or results properly as stated in other reviews. He told me urine results looked good...then I told him they did not take urine sample, at which time he said go do one now. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I just cancelled all future appts and will not go there again.

Nonprofessional, care more about money that the patient

I was a patient of Dr. Herrera and I knew from that very moment I had a tough desicion to make. This Dr. is amazing! He takes his time with you and extremely thorough! On point with everything. I been through many Dr because they truly lack knowledge and care but not him. However hiss staff sucks and if i were manager I would get rid of all of them. Rude! Unprofessional! Told the Dr. he has fired many and rehired but still same problem. I tried to overlook this just to stay with him but ot became much dealing with ignorance. Wish i could continue seeing him. Hopefully one day he will get it rt training staff!

WHEN REQUESTING A SPECIFIC MEDICATION HE REPLIED THAT HE DOES NOT PRESCRIBE IT AND MENTIONING AS A REASON A COMPLETE DIFFERENT CLASS OF MEDICATION. BE VERY CAREFUL AND CHOOSE ANOTHER PROVIDER. HE IS CERTAINLY NOT QUALIFIED TO PRACTICE AND TO OLD AND PROUD TO CHANGE. AWFUL. WILL REPORT TO INSURANCE AND BOARD.

El peor Doctor que he tenido el infortunio de conocer. Grocero e irrespetuoso, su conocimiento se quedo en el pasado pues no tiene idea de nuevos tratamientos y tambien desconoce sintomas y efectos de algunas enfermedades tan asi sera que cuando le hable de mis sintomas se sonrio menospreciando mi sentir y su 3xaminacion es tosca y brusca. Tambien habla de regulaciones con total desconocimiento de las medicinas y sus clasificaciones. No pierda su tiempo ni su dignidad con El.

I have been going to Dr Herrera for 20 years! He is a good diagnostician and Doctor! His knowledge is extensive and he is good at treating difficult cases with excellent results! I highly recommend him as a Doctor!

Dr. Charles has been our primary Dr. for 28 years. When he was taken off of my health plan, I changed health plans. He treats us with the utmost respect and very detailed to our health. He takes the time to listen to you. A very friendly and caring person. I trust him with my life. There should be more Dr.'s like him to spend more time with their patients and listen to them. God gave him the wisdom and knowledge to do what he does and he does it very, very well.

The staff is awful. They are rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, Dr. Herrera does not believe patients when they tell him how bad the experience is. He is a great doctor if you can put up with an office full of just really nasty people.
