Dr. Charyse Janinne Sindler, MD

Inherited her from another retirring doctor. She never introduced herself or greeted me by name. Instead she said something like "you're the _________ (condition name). She sat at her computer with her back turned to me and read off some numbers. She told me she did not want to treat me and I should find another doctor. She said she would change my prescription, and then she just canceled it before I ever went to another doctor. Is that ethicle?

Absolutely not! She took over when my doctor retired and having never seen me once, canceled my meds and never contacted me to inform me, and when i finally contacted the office, they refused to tell me why and told me to go to my primary, who is not an endocrinologist. The meds are necessary, not optional, not pain meds, but needed meds! I wasn't even given an opportunity to come in for an explanation and do not owe any payments. What the heck is wrong with this person?

Dr. Sindler was very attentive and caring. She was efficient and able to give a diagnosis and a plan within one visit. I greatly appreciate her knowledge and expertise.

Dr. Sindler might be the worst doctor I have ever met. Her lack of compassion was astounding. She didn't even look me in the eyes because she was too busy typing on her laptop. All she did was review my questionnaire and ask the same questions. She was argumentative with me and dismissive. Her famous line of "I don't care about your symptoms, I am only concerned with numbers (blood test results)" was far from comforting. She would ask me a question then tell me that whatever issue I had outside of endocrinology was not her area of expertise and to see another dr. She was rude and uninterested in the fact that I am experiencing symptoms that are making my life unmanageable. I had hopes she could help me. She was awful and didn't tell me anything more than a simple google search could do. I will never see her again. Not to mention, she is unkempt in her appearance and very disheveled. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

She keeps tabs on her patients and asks a lot of questions but that's because she really cares.

Not very knowledgeable

Doesnt listen to patient symptoms, has zero empathy for the patients concerns, rude and frankly very limited in knowledge when it comes to her specialty. Sour attitude, defensive, and doesnt deserve the title of MD. Also, very obese and probably a cat lady.

This office was nasty and disgusting, the dr when she came in was also dirty with stains and old pants. Then she got offended because I did not wont to drink water out her nasty sink. On top of that she wouldn't listen and had no idea about what was going on with my thyroid and she act like she had no knowledge when it came to blood pressure. It was a overall bad experience, I discharge myself as a patient and would never recommend this dr to anyone. If it was a 0 star I could give this dr I would.

Smart personable caring attractive - the best! I would definitely go with her over any other in the field!!!
