“I am sitting here at Dr Foglar’s clinic right now. Absolutely unorganized from a scheduling standpoint. They are running 1 hour behind and not apologetic st all. When I asked why the delay, they are like he is a busy doctor he goes to Morgan hill San Jose Sacramento! How is that my problem???? If you don’t respect your patients time (who have jobs and family responsibilities) then you should rethink your approach to your practice. Why can they just say no to patients??? This is when I took an appointment 10 days ago. Skip this place and save yourself some precious time. “

I underwent Partial Knee Replacement of both my knees at the age of 79 and 80 years on two different dates in 2016 and 2017 with a gap of one year. The recovery after a perfect surgery was quick with expert Physio Therapy. To-day I have perfect legs which I can boast off and I am proud of it. I am even able to kneel in church and stay kneeling. Dr Christian Fogler has truly given me a new lease on life due to his caring attitude and expertise. He is an extremely good listener and is focused on taking care of the patients needs. I was treated by dr foglar for a few years, he is a nice guy but horrible surgeon. I went in for surgery to fix one problem and came out with 3 additional problems making me permantly disabled. The thing that really upsets me is he was unwilling to help find a solution after his mistakes and i had to search for over a year to find a surgeon to fix his errors. Do not let him operate on you,its a huge risk from a doctor who doesn’t care

Waiting time is worth it. He will spend as much time as needed and he will make sure to answer all your questions.

One thing I liked about Dr. Foglar was that he wasn't overly aggressive, preferring to minimize treatment rather than pushing you into it. Getting the first appointment had a delay of about one month, which was similar to other Orthopedics groups, which was disappointing because I might have improved the ACL tear if I had gone into therapy within a few days of the accident, but after 2 weeks its too late for that. After that, the appointments and wait times were easier, and I got pretty good support from the staff. It was a bit frustrating not being able to figure out the expected cost before surgery, as you get different bills from the doctor, the anesthesiologist, and the medical center. Each one kept telling me their costs, which, if you add them up, were less than the total. Seems like someone needs to give you the overview. There are so many options that even they couldn't tell me even roughly what to expect. That's our convoluted health care system.

Caring, great bedside manner, knowledgeable, gladly answers your questions. You may have to wait past your appointment time, but that is because he will spend as much time as needed with each of his patients.
