I am new to the Springfield area, moved here from Chicago and was looking for a new primary physician. Dr Ventress was wonderful! I was looking for a woman doctor and was concerned that it would be hard to find someone I clicked with here in Springfield because it took me years to find a Dr. in Chicago that I was comfortable with. From the sweet woman on the phone who made my appointment, to the kind nurse, and top notch facility- my experience was nothing short of awesome.

She has been my doctor for 5 years and has also become my daughter and recently husband's doctor. I feel at ease when I discuss my medical history with her. My husband, who seldom goes to a doctor, saw her and was impressed that she actually took time and listened to him.I like that our family has 1 doctor.

We started going to Dr. Ventress about a year and a half ago when our other primary doctor was yanking us around and we just didn't feel comfortable in his office anymore cause he didn't spend time to find out what was wrong. Dr. Ventress spent the time listening and doing the necessary tests to diagnose both my husband and myself. She always is very thorough and is very caring when you have any concerns. We are very pleased with her as our doctor.
