Do not go there. For them it is all about the money. I was overcharged every visit and it took me a while to get the refunds. The office staff does not seem to be able to do their job or are told (by Judy) not to help you further as they have to wait to long to get there money. Do not have them waste your time and money, go find someone who cares about you

If you want to drag out the treatments you require but don't get,, Dr. Fallows is the guy to see. Radio ablation? At least three "determinations" about three or more weeks apart and all the while you're suffering. Medical marijuana? First they give you the paperwork. Then two, maybe three weeks later they see you to "review" the paperwork. In the meantime, you've gotten your state card, you're suffering with pain and they take two weeks to call in the dosage and type of marijuana you need to the marijuana supplier. In four words, they have "no sense of urgency" while patients suffer with pain. They infrequently answer the phone, preferring to "hide" behind their voicemail. Scheduled appointments for radio ablation are often cancelled, requiring another one or two or more weeks wait. If you are suffering with pain and don't want to schedule a lot of visits month after month without resolution to your problem, try someone else. .

So helpful. He reviewed my info so he understood my condition. He is leaving me on present pain meds and willing to try other options that might allow me to come off the opioid pain meds.

A pain management doctor who does NOT write ANY pain medication presctiptions at all for any reason. First I ever heard of that! Go to a real doctor! He only gives shots, more money from Medicare!

While I treated with Dr. Fallows for a year for my chronic back pain and though he did provide me with some relief - I recently was given an appointment time but when I arrived I was told I was late and therefore couldn't be seen until the following week. I'd been waiting for this appt. for over a month. No, they couldn't fit me in for a shot that I was supposed to have gotten and they are going to charge me a $25 late fee. This is a one Dr. office and they stack patients up cheek to jowl so your time isn't nearly as valuable as his. Money seems to be the primary motivator here, else why would they pack patients in so tightly? I''m leaving his care and finding a new Dr. There is one person on his staff who works in the office who thinks he is the arbitrator of all things. I'd avoid these people if you have a pain issue and need any flexibility in getting seen. Charging a late fee when you're told one time and they put another time into their computer is insane. And you're required… to show up every month, period.

I am very pleased with the Dr and his staff they explain every thing ,I have never had a long wait,and got relief quickly,had a call back the next day,I am still seeing him and have told many friends ,he got the right diagnose after many had failed,he has alway been polite and caring I will continue with him as long as is necessary,hope this helps someone.

Found him unprofessional and ultimately refused to treat. Waited almost 4 hours
