Dr. Christopher John Labban

I am a long time patient of Dr Labban and I have been there when staff was good then not so good. He has the return of some great staff and some new great staff as well. I love him as a doctor he takes lots of time with you he really puts your health care first. Yes you wait on him but he will take 30 mins or more with you and most testing is done in office.

Dr Labban has a great new office staff. Everyone is very helpful and I received everything I needed before I left the office. I love that I can have xray at office and labs drawn without having to go elsewhere. Dr Labban is a great doctor very much cares about your health.

I have been a patient of Dr.Labban for approximately 15+ yrs with a 3 yr gap because I wasnt living close enough to be able to see him. But as soon as I was close I returned to his office. He has always taken time to listen and truly care. The wait time may be long at times but if you consider the time he spends with you then it really is uncomparible. Like the statement states: "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR" Dr. Labbans care is worth the wait!!

2 plus hours late to appointments. Sends billing years later. Very unorganized office staff. staff refuses to give him message to return calls when request very unprofessional

I've been seeing Doctor Christopher Labban for approximately 8 years. The team at Southwest Medical, have always treated me awesome, they treat me like family. Dr Labban, does something that many doctors don't do nowadays, and that is spend time with his patients. I love him and his team!

The staff was courteous, the doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable with an excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Chris Labban and Southwest Medical Center.

Dr. Labban and his staff have been very caring and patient with my husband in treating his difficult condition. Dr. Labban is intelligent, thorough and conscientious. The atmosphere is friendly. He takes xrays right in his office. He ordered many tests and gave referrals for other specialties that were needed to care for my husband's health. He has squeezed him in to his busy day more than once, staying beyond office hours. If he does this for my husband, I am sure he does this for others too.

Dr. Labban is the best, he is a great doctor, he takes his time with you, makes sure you understand everything, and makes you feel that he really cares. The only problem is the wait time, every time we have gone there, we have had to wait 2-4 hrs from sign in to walking out the door, since his help staff, Dr Potts and Stephanie have gone, it has gotten worse with the wait times, With my new insurance, Dr Labban doesn't take the insurance I have now, but if he ever does get it, I will be back

Dr. Labban is excellent and experienced. The only reason for the wait time in his office, is because it takes time to give quality care to his patients. I recommended him to my friends, and elderly father as well, who's been seeing him over a year. He doesn't rush you, and takes time to explain different treatment options. He gets to the root of the problem, instead of just treating surface symptoms and rushing you out the door. I like the fact that he is not impatient with my father, like many other dr.'s have been - just because he's elderly. Receiving top of the line care sometimes comes with the price of having to wait a little longer than most places.

Office is dirty. No computers used, files are stacked up all over the place. X-ray room doubles as storage room. Doctor Pott and Labban seem ok, but waiting 4 mos. for medication because the office can't get it together is unacceptable (office staff has me come in and get samples with no explanation or apology or follow up). They don't return phone calls, leave you on hold and basically don't seem to know what's going on. I'd be very frightened if I had a serious medical issue going on. After two years I've had enough.
