Dr. Claude Abujrab-Saba, MD

I have been seeing Dr Saba for nearly 20 years, mostly in her Woodburn office. She is an accomplished specialist with up-to-date medical knowledge. And the office is very neat and clean, organized, with skilled and polite staff, thanks to the office manager!

They have an in-house bloodwork technician from LabCorp. They don't notify you he is from LabCorp, or that they will only submit to LabCorp, and they don't give you the option to have blood drawn elsewhere. So if your insurance doesn't cover LabCorp, you are stuck with a nasty bill. Attempts to have it resolved were futile thanks to a staff who could care less.

I have just come from my first visit with Dr. Saba. I could not have been more pleased. The staff was so helpful, courteous and went out of their way to meet my needs. Dr. Saba is amazing. After seeing many Drs. for my condition I know I am on the right track. She explained the reasons for blood work and how she can help me. I consider my self lucky to be in touch with this Dr!!!

After 18 months of limited walking due to pain, I went to Dr. Saba. She sent me for the correct test and to the specialist who resolved my pain.

Saw Dr. Saba 3x last in 2016. Staff is very unfriendly and uncaring, incompetent. X-ray done there was useless to ortho doctor. No report of my visits were given to my primary care. Blood work done in their office each visit; when they called with blood results, I was told I had inflammation and Dr. would talk to me at next appt.; next appt I just had more blood work. STILL WAITING on MRI results I had done 10 months ago!!! (Primary care gave me results.) They called a few days after MRI was done, left message for me to call back for results....when I called back, they said they had no MRI results for me. Dr. Saba was ok, but it was the staff that made me never wanting to go back!

Staff has changed recently and you can see a vast improvement. They are attentive, courteous and professional.

It took months to get my first visit, but once in, I've never been happier with a physician.

Not good experience at all! They NEVER follow through on their end of requirements needed for patients! Constantly having to call them back for them to follow up on THEIR job. There's always one excuse after another why it wasn't done. This is their Reston office. Their Fairfax office is worse. Staff are rude, especially receptionist, last I was there an elderly woman. As far as Dr. Saba I never had complaints for her. She was wonderful and caring. Their staff, however ... little to be desired.

I called Dr Saba's office to make an appointment. A lady put me in jold for more than 30 minutes and after she knew that I'm a new patient, she told me that the closest appointment will be in 3 to 4 month. She wasn't nice and started yelling on me when I ask questions. I'm not going to see Dr. Saba because of that. Very bad customer service.

I had a disappointing phone communication with the front office. The lady in the front office reception has always been arrogant, giving me a difficult time getting an appointment the first time I called to see Dr. Saba. And she never helped in resolving my problems in getting my reclast infusion and made it appear like I started screaming, when I truly must have raised my voice due to frustration from her. She seems lazy to truly provide assistance to a frustrated patient. She met my frustrations with screaming! She should not be in the front office due to her bad attitude towards the patient. She should have been more considerate in explaining the problem with CVS. Instead she argued with me. I like Dr. Saba, but it seems the front office is not as helpful. I wouldn't be surprised if Dr. Saba's patient move out due to the receptionist. She has to attend a training program on how best to deal with frustrated clients, without further antagonizing the clients.
