Dr. Clint Royal Beicker, MD

I took my young daughter here for severe Achilles tendon pain, and because she couldn’t tell him exactly where the point of pain was as it radiated through the back of her heel and up her leg. He told us that she was just wasting tax dollars because we had Medicaid I was so humiliated we left there with no answers. His bedside manner is awful. I will never go back nor would I ever recommend him to anyone .!!!! Terrible experience !

I fell and tore my rotator cuff back in May. I visited Dr. Beicker who told me I had two alternatives. One was arthroscopic surgery and the other was for shoulder reconstruction. Both requiring 6 weeks in a sling. I visited another orthopedic, who is only a shoulder specialist, who told me he had a high confidence I could get better with physical therapy. After 5 1/2 months of physical therapy I am at 90% of motion with little or no pain. I am very disappointed and perplexed why Dr. Beicker did not mention physical therapy as an alternative when I visited him. I waited to write this review until I completed PT.

I went to this doctor for hip pain and received a couple of x-rays after considerable wate time, and during the entire visit the doctor would not wear a mask and this was during the initial peak of COVID-19. I wore the best mask I could buy and was clearly concerned about transmission and 80+ years old. One would think, regardless of his beliefs, he would wear a mask out of consideration for patients who are wearing them. He was not especially personable and the physical therapy did not seem to help. I am glad there are other orthopedists in town to select from.

Excellent experience with Dr Beicker. He cares about his patients and their well-being. His kind, caring words helped me get through surgery. He is smart and knowledgeable. I recommend him for anything orthopedic-related.

was flat out lied to by Dr B and staff. not only does the staff know of the lies they perpetuate them. blew out both knees during early Covid 19. took over 6 weeks to get an appt as staff could not keep my correct phone number in their system. provided 2 functional cell numbers. every time I called to see why no one had contacted me back a Wisconsin number was entered as my phone number. provided staff with correct phone number 7 times. Staff failed to record major medication changes that were provided in writing. Failed to talk to the Dr about a walker I asked a prescription for. Dr said to take tylenol for pain. (unable to take tylenol due to previous Tylenol toxicity) was then told the shots should relieve the pain and to take tylenol. ???? as he rushed out. I was given specific information to call back on a certain date to get an MRI. The staff said that it was impossible to call for an MRI until 10-14 days after the injections. they told me to take tylenol for the… pain (hello tylenol toxicity). was told the nurse would call. no call. Called on Thursday, was told the nurse would call me back. I aske should I call back if I dont hear from her, was told"call back on Friday" and hung up on (hello your office is closed on Fridays). Thursday 3:52pm received a blocked call that left voicemail. Dr. B's nurse. I called back the office number at 3:58 and the answering machine picked up. yep dummy me called on Friday just to in case they would be open.

do not go here unless you wish to be humiliated, ignored, laugh at by office staff and provided with false information regarding your care.

Our family has now had 4 surgeries with Dr Beicker and we love him. He prays with us before surgery and our experiences have all been wonderful. We recommend him to friends all the time.

I was completely dissatisfied with the Doctor. His bedside manners were horrible. Every question had a smart aleck response. We felt very uncomfortable trying to get our questions answered.

Dr. Beicker and staff were very knowledgeable and all had a very pleasant and down to earth attitude. I had an eight o’clock appointment, got taken back immediately upon finishing my intake forms and had a very good experience as well as great early response to preliminary care of a chronic knee issue. I highly recommend Dr. Beiker and commend this orthopedic group for actually hiring a staff that is a happy bunch and makes you feel special! Dr. Jimmy D. Bolton D.C.
