Too fast no social skills no info

its has been ten days now and no one has given me the courtesy of the result of the biopsy taken at the time I had a few blemishes removed. Since the residual marks are still new I must wait and see if there will be permanent marks. At this time it would not be fair to give a comment we must wait and see how it plays out down the pike

i always get terrible eczema in the winter, which has been even worse this winter because the temperature has fluctuated so much. (like seriously, its 60 degrees today and will be 30 degrees tomorrow!!). i have been to numerous dermatologists--none of which were able to help my eczema breakouts. i recently started seeing Dr. Craig Austin, and could not be happier. I met with his medical assistant, Caitlin, first and she showed me how to use their in treatment room ipad, where i learned more about eczema diagnosis and treatment. I then met with Dr. Austin, and he guided me through the steps to properly care for my skin in order to prevent an eczema breakout! Def. recommend Dr. Austin. I thought i was being annoying by asking so many questions, but he was so patients. he answered every single one!!

Almost always seen by the PA/licensed practitioner nurse instead of the doctor. They prescribe of medications and fail to recognize side effects when occurs. This practice seems to be more for beauty care than an actual dermatology practice.

I found Dr Austin to be very friendly & likable & I liked the way he had anesthetized & removed the growth even before I knew he started! It Really kept me from getting nervous.

Normally, I don't comment about my doctors visits. But I was on vacaction visiting friends recently and broke out in a horrible rash I was very uncomfortable and very concerned.My friend suggested I call the office and they made an appointment for me right away! I saw Dr. Austin and he was great, very personable,but more importantly very knowledgable about my condition and the proper medicine to treat me. I will definatly recommend him!
