The Care I Received from Doctors Kraffert and His Team was Absolutely Amazing!!!!! I thank GOD for All the Good Doctor and Team have done for me. My Case was Extremely Difficult and they made it Almost Enjoyable!!! The Team Work and Camaraderie was Un-matched…………they even had me laughing during the Procedure!!!! I am Absolutely Grateful to have been Blessed with being able to go to CK Derm!!!!!

Some of office staff are not COVID-19 vaccinated and refuse to wear masks around elderly patients proclaiming it is their right to not wear a mask and not get vaccinated. What about the right of the patient not to be exposed to someone who may be carrying COVID??? Vaccinated staff should not be interacting face-to-face with patients and should be masked - that is the CDC guidance. In a medical facility, it is not the right of staff to proclaim their political freedoms to patients, especially when the patient is immune-compromised. Practice is not in compliance with CDC guidance or California guidance on COVID-19 protocols. Rude and argumentative staff and doctor. Would not return.

Missed melanoma on my husband and mother. I have heard numerous complaints about this person from other friends and neighbors as well. Please check out his lawsuits.

This doctor founded Dermstore, the online skin care store. Just read the dozens and dozens of reviews of Dermstore on BBB, Trustpilot, Sitejabber, Resellerratings, etc. The company is going down the tubes thanks to the customer service. WILL NEVER SEE THIS DOCTOR OR BUY FROM DERMSTORE AGAIN I WAS TREATED SO POORLY.

He is a quack. Never go see him. He did not follow the correct procedures when he removed my wife’s mole. If it was not for her primary care doctor, she would be dead from melanoma. He was more interested in his assistant than properly treating my wife. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Dr. Kraffert's front office staff is efficient and friendly. His office is well appointed, clean and modern. This observation also applies to his examining rooms. Dr. Kraffert removed a cancer that had been misdiagnosed for about a year by other physicians. He completed the procedure rapidly in a virtually painless manner. He followed up the procedure in a timely fashion. The cancer has not returned. In short, for dermatological issues, I would go to no other physician.

I have been going to Dr. Kraffert for 12 years. He is always very knowledgeable and provides treatments with clear instructions.

Helpful and kind. Dr. Kraffert took his time to be sure of a diagnosis. His obvious intelligence in his field was very evident. I will continue to see him for my dermatology needs in the future.
