Dr. Craig Mitchell Senzon, MD

Dr Senzon's office charged $750.00 for a half hour consultation. My portion to pay - $173.00. Though Dr Senzone was very polite, pleasant and easy to talk to, other than looking at my feet and having me walk, no tests were performed, Electromyography or anything. My oncologist doesn't come close to this charge, which includes blood and examination. The first time I called about how shocked I was with the charge and asked for details as to what exactly was being charged for, they said there had obviously been mistake and would take care of it and resubmit to all my nsurance. I just received another bill and called accounting who said they did bill the insurance companies and I think Medicare actually paid out....how much I don't know. Their accounting said my other 2 didn't pay anything (first time ever for any doctor's visit, blood work, Xrays, etc)). I told them I would like a breakdown as to what the charge of $750 was for, but i don't think they even knew as I didn't get a… response to that. Though I liked Dr. Senzon I am in shock. Check their charge before you go!

Dr. Senzon is a good doctor and does his job well. But his female front office staff is enough to make me NOT want to return and in fact searching for a different neurologist. I'd give him a 5 but his front desk woman a ZERO

Dr. Senzon is able to connect with his patients in such a beautiful way. He truly listens and makes the patient feel like a valuable part of the treatment team.

Changes diagnosis with each visit. Does not keep track of my medications. Office staff of one is ridiculous, you check in and if she is on phone you are overlooked for your appointment time.

A five star neurologist from bedside, to office visits. Appointments on time, professional, informative and reassuring during a very stressful time.

Dr. Senzon was so smart! He cares and listens! Staff was friendly and helpful too. Great experience and totally recommend.

This is a tough profession and requires the right combination of education and clinical training, as there are so many neurological disorders. I know I am in good hands with Dr. Senzon who is a combination of Freud and Flatau.

Finally a doctor who diagnosed my condition correctly. I have been in and out of doctors office being treated for the wrong diagnoses. Dr. Senzon really took the time to figure out what was wrong with me. He is an excellent doctor, very smart, and truly a nice person. It is hard to find a doctor like him. His office was pleasant and staff was very concerned and helpful.

The Dr has a ONE person staff. The 1st girl was let go and she was RUDE, unfriendly and lacked knowledge necessary to run a Dr office. The present girl has NO experience in customer service OR medical office. Knows nothing about billing, lacks experience in obtaining prior auth, is inefficient and just down right rude with an attitude. She hung up on me 3 times. She insisted I didn't need a new auth and I did thereby costing me double as the copay went from $100.00- $200.00 for the medication alone as it was a new year! I left a message on their voice mail for the Dr to call me back which he DID NOT!!! BAD!!!! She probably hit delete and never gave the Dr my message! She NEVER confirmed my next appointment as she disliked me. I paid my copay at my last visit and as typical received a bill saying I did NOT pay. I once again copied the canceled check and gave it to the Dr in person. This is also a continuous problem...his billing company. I told Dr Senzon my experience with his girl… and he said I was the only one complaining. From what I see here I am NOT the only one! He chose to side with her. I told him I did not need to be stressed to call or come to see my Dr and his one staff who you can't get past stresses me. I told him I would NOT return. I have several medical issues and have been with my other Drs from 20-30 yrs and NEVER experienced such an unprofessional, inefficiently run office. This Dr does NOT care about his patients!
