Dr. Schuster is one of the best! He listens, includes me in decision making, treats me as a true patient and not as if I was a number. His personality matches the way he interacts with patients...funny yet serious and makes me feel at ease regarding my condition. More physicians should follow his lead with patient care. Glad to call HIM MY DOCTOR!

My visit with Dr. Schuster was excellent. He carefully explained everything he did and how my condition had changed or not over the past year. He didn't give the impression that he had to hurry on to the next patient. He seemed to care about me as a person as well as a patient.

Dr Schuster made time to see me on an emergency basis and gave me really good care in the office. He also ordered antibiotics. He was aware of my history and that's why he saw me immediately. I can't thank him enough.

I recently had my third in my lifetime, hearing examination by an audiologist in Dr. Shuster's department. I did not understand the report that I could see on My Health at Vanderbilt. Dr. Shuster took time to explain the report to me and why I can hear some sounds and not others. He is a fabulous, patient, kind, professional and I feel blessed to be able to have his wise counsel.
