The outcome of the ORIF surgery of my elbow was excellent . Everything from start to finish was thoroughly explained . All went very smoothly !!

I was sent to Dr Heckman thru disability thru work. He was working with Sedgewick , my insurance company trying to say l had a minor injury and just tennis elbow, that his wife has from picking up their kids!! Very rude, made harsh remarks. Never looked at my disc on his computer showing l had a MRI and had a tear in my tendon in my elbow. Also my therapist from rehab of hand and upper extremity did a ultrasound and noticed l had a tear. He was kind and compassionate and worked with me to make my elbow better. I quit going to Dr Heckman after being treated harshly and went to OAA. They were exceptional and suggested Prp shots, which l had 2 done. That was almost 2 years ago and l had no problems since having the shots and therapy. Dr Heckman did nothing for me other than to judge and berate me because it was work related. Never again will l ever go to him. Do not go to him if its work related, he wont help you!

Does not fully understand his job. Seems lost and doesn't really care about your problem. Looks for the easiest way to say no, you have nothing wrong. Arrogant and condescending. Doesn't think outside the box in regards to your care. Appears like he can't be bothered. Have no trust in him to do the right thing.
