Dr. Ryan has done numerous surgeries on myself. He was always kind,caring and compassionate. He always explained everything I needed to know .

Dr. Ryan worked my 14 yr old in on a last minute appointment and waited for a hour 1/2 so we could get there. He was very nice to us

I've been waiting weeks & weeks to reschedule my appointment. When I have called, they haven't called me back & the nurses I've spoken with are very rude!! 0 STARS FROM ME!!!

I have waited s total 4 hours for two appointments. Something needs to be done about the patients wait time.

He has not done anything he said he would do after he has done three surgeries on my foot. I now have osteomylitis and he hasnt fixed it yet. His last comment to me was that I could deal with the osteo or he could cut my foot off above the ankle.

The women at the desk where you sign in were some of the rudest med. employees I've had to deal with. Dr. Ryan would have my file in front of him and still didn't know what meds he had prescribed me. I had to tell him. Meds that were supposed to be called in weren't. When I needed to get a diabetic meter, I called them for a prescription so that my insurance would cover some of the cost. The nurse wanted to know why I needed a meter. Maybe because I am diabetic. Doc. Ryan never said when he needed to see me next or anything about ongoing care. I called when I ran out of meds. or when I thought it was time for a new appointment for AC1 test. Didn't stay too long with them. I was not impressed with any part of this office.
