I wish I didn’t have to give this office a star at all. I have never seen anything so unprofessional. The wait time was horrendous and the front desk staff couldn’t have been more unfriendly if they tried. The way the staff spoke to the doctor just showed their lack of respect which created an environment that was incredibly uncomfortable. The doctor was short and made no apologizes for an hour 2 hour wait. I would never recommend this practice.

i wish i could give this place one star. Dr.Boffard is a robot. He has no compasion what so ever. He didnt look at me once during my visit. I waited over one hour to get seen, only for him to be in the room with me for 2 mins. He rushed the whole way through. LADIES save yourself the trouble. Go somewhere else. You WILL be disappointed!!

Professional Knowledgeable Caring and Very Respectful & courteous. My fear is what will I do if he ever retires, he makes get older look easy. He is very prompt and efficient.

I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. I wish I would've read reviews before visiting here and wasting my money. 1) The wait is entirely too long. I have been there over 5 times within one year and not once have I waited any less than a hour. 2) After waiting in the waiting room for over an hour, you have to wait very long in the patient room for him to come and see you. Like I didn't wait long enough! 3) His bedside manners are terrible. He doesn't really listen to what you have to say and spends very little time with you. He doesn't take the time to get to know you before he does what he has to do then finishes to have him meet you in his office. 4) He doesn't show any concern and brushes everything off telling you there's nothing to worry about. 5) He does not explain to you what is going on and simply prescribes medicine and tells you to schedule an appointment to come back. If it wasn't for the lack of time I have to find another doctor I would not have went back… as many times as I have. DO NOT COME HERE!

I was very disappointed when I came it takes hours for me to be seen and it seems as if they only care about money and not your actual care. They don't accept debit or card payments only cash, not to mention they have an atm but it's always out of order ! doctor Boffard always seems to be in a rush and doesn't listen to me at all ! Worst experience!

Dr. Boffard was exceptional. I was revered to him for a procedure because I had complications in my pregnancy. Dr. Boffard saw me in his office right away and fit me in to his surgery schedule. He is very dedicated and hard working. The surgery was at Barnabas and everyone there did a terrific job. Dr Boffard put me at ease with this surgery and he made this surgery painless. I'm happy and lucky to have found Dr. Boffard. He truly us amazing and deserves a lot of credit for his dedication.

Excellent Dr and Staff the 2 hr wait was worth it!! Dr's run late sometimes. People stop saying negative things about this Dr, If services are provide it payment is expected, being a Dr is also a business!!!! This Dr and staff are professionals .

The staff is extremely polite. The wait on the other hand was horrible! I had an appointment at 11am and didn't get seen until 2pm. Other than the wait issue, the office is lovely.
