Dr. David Buckle, MD

I usually go to another doctor at the Dedham Westwood office of Beth Israel, who I love - Rachel Harrison - but got scheduled with Dr. Buckle because she was away. From the first minute I was impressed. He is so easy to talk to, so understanding, an amazing listener, checks in to make sure you understand, has a great sense of humor, takes care of everything right away (is typing on computer multitasking but still doing an amazing job of listening and responding... and by end of the appt he has miraculously sent in scripts and referrals and you are good to go. Gave me a lot of time and tried to get to know me a little bit - made me feel like a person, not a number. I feel the same way about his colleague Dr. Harrison - great office!!!

Dr. Buckle sees my two special needs sons and myself. We all love him. He listens and is patient with us, and knows what he doesn't know - and willing to make referrals.

I have never written an online review for any company, good, service, or obviously a doctor, but I feel compelled to do so in this case as Buckle is by far the BEST doctor I have ever come in contact with and thus would highly reccomend that anyone in the metro Boston area that is considering a change in their primary care Doc take a long look at Dr. Buckle, the guy is that good. While most doctors are content with a five minute checkup once a year and are quick with the prescription pad when anything comes up, Dr. Buckle goes to great lengths to listen, ask questions and thouroughly analyze each situation before recommending or administering a course of action. Obviously his expertise and knowledge regarding a wide range of areas is unquestioned, the added bonus that he is a relly personable and nice guy who doesnt talk down to his patients nor is too aloof to relate to them, is definitly an added bonus and therefore going to see him for an appointment is less of a chore than in… previous interactions with countless other doctors. Seriously if there were more stars he would get them!

Always gives me exactly what I need and is very thorough and accurate in diagnosis
