Read about what everyone is saying about Dr Chen's staff. The office manager is a real peach...They are horrible and disrespectful. Dear Doctor Chen. You're office manager is playing games with your patients and will not allow us to speak with you so that we can pay you. Your office manager left me on hold for over 30 minutes each time I called so that I could pay you for services. When I told her that I had been on hold for over 30 minutes and eventually gave up, she yelled at me and told me that I must not be accustomed to how doctors offices work. Your office has made it impossible to pay you. Your office only allows for bills to be paid by card if we call you and provide our card numbers over the phone. I wouldn't mind that if your office answered the phone or could confirm my account and verify the total I owe. But they can provide nothing and want us to give them our card numbers and trust that they magically apply it to the correct account somehow. I suggest you talk to your… office manager about who has been asking to talk to you for the last 2 weeks.

Have been going to Dr. Chen for many years. He is great, when one gets to see him. Most of the time though one gets to see a PA or a Nurse Practioner. There's a high turnover of those so there's no consistency. His front office staff is too slow and unresponsive. Hold time on the phone can easily be anywhere from 30-50 mins. God help you if the call gets dropped or disconnected. And if you get the voicemail, don't expect a call back, ever. Have thought about changing doctors just because of that.

Dr Chen took/takes the time to really listen. He did/does a thorough exam. He clearly explains his assessments.
