Very poor staff. They need to know how to schedule appointments.

Disgusted by the complete lack of COVID 19 precautions that were in place here. Especially obvious when you consider the appropriate precautions that nearby medical offices are taking. Dr Rush didn't even do a complete exam on my son. The Dr seemed very hurried, was disorganized (as is entire office). Really disappointing.

I have been taking my son to Dr Rush for the past 7 years. She has always been kind, thorough, and concise. Her expertise is worth the time in the waiting room which is usually not too long . I would recommend her for children who need consistent and long term eye care.

The office is impossible to get through to make an appointment. When asking questions they are rude like you are wasting their time. Dr Rush speeds through the appointment without answering any questions. She is awful with children. She just wants to get patients in an out as fast as possible without dealing with the actual problem. I went for a second opinion and she completely misdiagnosed my son. Save your time and money and go to someone who cares about your child’s treatment.

This was an absolutely horrible experience. On top of waiting 40 min to be seen, Dr. Rush is terrible with children. I wish I had read the reviews before visiting the office. I will not be returning!

my child was there 3x as young child, now an adult and the FRECKLE as dr rush called it may now be a tumor, we are having it evaluated at major cancer center and they want photos and records from dr rush. Dr Rush's office claims my child was never seen there!!! I smell a rat !!!!! besides the fact the dr never even gave you a fair chance to ask questions and blew you off, please bring your child to a dr that wont lose your records and lie and say your child wasn't a patient,

Dr. Rush's bedside manner was less than average. She was in a rush, impatient and did not have time to talk about my concerns and was not open for a discussion for the care of my child.

Very good doctor but nearly all appointments are cancelled by the office without the courtesy of a phone call, only finding out upon arrival. Often requested to be rescheduled or forced to see another doctor. Very dissappointing...

The office is unorganized.I wait hours the doctor dosent exsplain anything .The tech was personable and had good techniques putting drops in. The phone service is horrible. They over book people.Not enough staff to help others.I find she belittles her staff infront of patients .
