I just called her office to make an appointment as a new patient and was told that she doesn't take Medicare. You must be kidding me, why on earth doesn't she take Medicare? That's very bad.

If you want a kind, caring doctor that is very compassionate and gives complete care this is the place to go. The staff is wonderful and very professional.

Always have to wait at least an hour to see doctor.

Cons: They don't return phone calls until at least 5 days later. Most of the time you call no one answers phone. They claim to have a new form of communication through texting, but that's flawed as well. They never respond to that. Doctor is not available on Wednesdays. They make you come in for your test results, even if the come out normal. Every time I go, I'm there for at least 2 hours. Pros: When you do get a hold of staff they are very nice Doctor is thorough, which is why it probably takes so long to be seen.

I've been here twice and waited over an hour just to see the doctor each time. She is very knowledgeable, but I think I'm going to have to switch to an office that is more considerate of people's time.
