I had not expected to see Dr. London during my short hospital stay; she had not hospitalized me (the North Hill nurse did). We talked and she was reassuring and informative. It was worth its weight in gold!!

Dr. London is an exceptional physician. She is easy to get an appointment with, has an excellent bedside manner, and really takes the time to understand me. She is thorough and careful and never rushes me. I am very happy to have her take care of me. She even called me the next day to check on my condition and be sure it was improving.

I have been a patient of Dr.London for many, many years and cannot recommend her highly enough for adults who value a true partnership with their physician. Not everyone needs or wants a concierge practice, but if you do -- you won't find a better team in Metrowest.
