Dr. Dominick Condo, MD

A very Dismissive physician and Uninvolved in patients' care. Never takes the time to find out what's going on even though he gets copied on everything... When you doubt your "so-called" doctor, It is Time to find a new one!

He took care of both of my parents for years. When they were in the hospital, he had no clue how to explain my mother's cancer, but he gave us answers. When I asked the oncologist and received different answers, I was furious with Dr. Condo. He should have just told us he would find out for us, rather than lie. When my father was in ICU for weeks before his death, we knew he was close to death and told him comfort measures only. My dad was begging us to let him die. Dr. Condo went away without putting those comfort measures in. My sister called me crying saying they were trying to put a feeding tube in. I called the hospital and that's how I found out the orders were never put in. That's when I realized the doctor on call was my primary, and he told me to call Dr. Condo's office to initiate the comfort measures. He also told me my father had a blood fungus, which meant he was in a lot of pain, and was told he could never survive it because he was so ill. He also had MRSA and NINE other… infections that Dr. Condo never informed the family about. I was at work, about 15 minutes away from the hospital where Dr. Condo is right around the corner from the hospital. I told him he better make it there before me or I would sue him for malpractice. He made it there just about two minutes before me. He should not be practicing.

Although I have no Ins. at this time,knowing him a long time,he was very willing to work with me on payments! He was unable to send me for testing in hospital,do to no Ins.,although I do have charity care for now in hospital.He has done test for myself and husband in his office although we have no Ins. He was very helpful with this and for getting papers we needed for specific things we needed,girls in office were also helpful with this. Very nice staff in office!
