Dr. Don Babak Bandari, MD

I'm writing this review to fix the rating. Vitals lost my account and I was unable to delete a negative review I left earlier. The only way to remove it was to 'report abuse.' But the rating still remains lowered. Vitals customer service is of no help. The update is that there was a bad miscommunication with the billing department that lasted for 3 months. Eventually Dr Bandari personally called me to fix this problem. As a result, all the fees that my insurance didn't cover have been waved. Thanks!

I don't like to go to the doctors, but the office of Dr.Bandari is an exception. Everyone knows you by first name, even if they didn't see you for a year or two. I've never waited there for more than 5 minutes - no idea how they manage to do it. The doctor listens, thinks, personally administers many tests, shows his care. It feels almost like the good old times when people became doctors because they believed in helping people, not in huge salaries of the medical field.
