It was difficult to get an appointment time. The staff told me to arrive at least 30 minutes early to have time to complete paperwork. I showed up early and there was no paperwork to complete. The doctor was 3 hours late seeing me. He did not say he was sorry for the wait. He admitted he did not look at my records or even know why I was there. After waiting 3.5 hours to see him, and explain why I was there, he said I needed to get an x-ray. This did not take long but then I had to wait another 40 minutes for the x-ray to process. Why didn't he order the x-ray while I was waiting 3.5 hours to see him? Then he hurriedly said my injury looked like it was healing nicely and that was it. I was there over 4 hours and he spoke to me for about 10 minutes while never saying he was sorry for being so late and never looked at my medical record.

No doubt The Best in his field. My surgery & recovery were a breeze.
