Staff is friendly the doctor was very professional and friendly my father had the appointment and he was extremely satisfy that Dr Macias spoke his language (spanish) a big plus. Highly recommended

I don't know what these rude people that are saying negative things are talking about when it comes to Dr Macias's staff? My experience was awesome and the staff was nothing BUT generous to me and my family when I was there, people that talk negatively most likely had a bad day and wanted to take it out on great people, I have been going there ever since he started his practice and nothing has changed when it comes to there generosity and caring how patients should be treated. People need to learn to take there anger out on something else, you should have spoke up then instead of going behind a computer.

Dr. Macias is a well qualified Dr. to help with the most serious challenge, and also with the superficial cosmetic challenges. His staff sucks, though, which makes me wonder if he doesn't get it, or he doesn't care. But, boy, oh boy, are the staff rude, and does it take a long time! If it weren't for the strong-source referral I got, i would give this practice a MINUS TEN. My experience with the office was a nightmare, a minus something. With Dr. Macias, the experience was 5 stars plus! Go figure... Doctor, please Fire your help, get a grid of your scheduled appointments and we will be back. If not, i advise you find another job!

Some of the office staff were very rude to me. I had an appointment right after their lunch hour and I asked how long the wait was until I was to go back into the exam room. She replied to me by saying (rudely) that she didn't know because she's been at lunch. She didn't even bother to look for me either making matters worse. The wait time was longer than I had anticipated and I was on my lunch hour from work. Not once did anyone apologize to me for the wait either. It was like my time was not as important as theirs and that bothered me. The only staff person that was friendly and smiled at me when talking to me was the receptionist. Things seemed unorganized as well in the front where you check out. Again, I had to wait there. I was already late getting back to my job so I just left my paperwork on the desk and told them to contact me if they needed anything. The doctor seemed friendly enough but having such a horrible staff negates that. Needless to say, I will be looking for… another MD.

The wait in the waiting room was just over one hour then when I got back to the exam room it was another 35 min. When the doctor came into the room to see me, he didn't even apologize for the long wait time. My exam felt rushed and then when I checked out, I had to wait again in a line. The front office staff wasn't very friendly on top of all this. I would not recommend this place to my friends or family.

Dr. Macias is top of the line! He is well informed courteous, has an exemplary bedside manner,explains everything clearly, and follows up after every visit. He's a gem! We give him two thumbs up!
