Worst doctor ever. My father, who was a very athletic man, began to have pains and sever fatigue. Within only months he was almost unable to get in and out of the car. Seeing his speedy decline I began to accompany him to his appointments. Dr. Samaniego claimed it was just arthritis and my father was getting old. I insisted that his decline was dramatic. I wanted a referral to a Rheumatologist to confirm his diagnosis. He did not want to give me one because he "knew" this was just arthritis and I should just accept the fact my father is "getting old". He was quick to diagnose and DID NOT CARE at all about how concerning this was to us. The rheumatologist said my father did NOT have arthritis. Finally after advocating for my father I got a referral to an oncologist. My father was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma (bone marrow cancer).

first they give you an appointment with 5 others at the same time, so when you get there at 10 am there's already about 14 people all crammed in a tiny waiting room forcing to sit or wait outside on the stairs...then they call you in it's another 10 minutes before for the doctor see you ..the check up takes less than 5 minutes..asking questions to the doctor is like you bothering him..he tries to brush you off very quickly ..BUT the worst are the STAFFS..these people think they are very important people and act like they are nurses..no !!you are receptionists that suppose to answer the phone correctly and with no attitudes!!..3 times I had to delay an operation with a specialist because they couldn't deliver the correct information and my test results to my surgeon!!...another thing..they sometimes hang the phone and deliberately do not clean the answering machine so you will not leave messages and bother them. because God forbid if you bother them and have to work extra....they… seem to be very preoccupied with their cell phones, on the phone with friends and family and ordering lunch!! reason I gave one star is because there's no options for ZERO !! don't waste your time at this office...I found myself a new doctor with 5 stars and excellent reviews and I LOVE HER!!!

Doctor Samaniego is not a bad Dr. I did not feel comfortable talking to him, very dry with no personality, you feel like your bothering him if you ask him questions. The staff is horrible! Getting anything from them is a nightmare plus they not sympathetic to any of your needs.

Dr. Samaniego is kind, talented, and courteous, but his staff is the complete opposite. I've never encountered such rude receptionists in my life. To be told, "I don't have time for that," is completely unprofessional and unacceptable!
