Performed carpal tunnel and trigger finger surgery flawlessly. No pain, and a quick recovery! Dr. J is warm, funny and relational. Highly recommended.

I agree with other reviewers who say Dr Joneschild is not approachable, shows little empathy, and lacks emotional intelligence. I have some wrist issue going on and hoped for a good diagnosis. She couldn't figure out what was going on by my description and by her strength testing, poking, and prodding. She then ordered an X-Ray and concluded that it showed nothing unusual. She then said I could either get an MRI or a steroid shot. I asked what she recommended and she coldly said it was up to me. Her demeanor was one of someone who wanted to get this appointment out of the way, and she showed zero interest in sincerely wanting to help. I still have the same wrist issues and know absolutely no more than before I saw her.

Horrible experience. Rude! Rude! Rude! Gave three different explanations of the problem (shattered and compounded boxer's fracture) - insisted surgery was not needed and ordered a simple splint and extremely painful physical therapy which a more competent surgeon would explain was excruciatingly painful due to the bone fragments literally cutting into the tendons as the therapist forced my finger downward. When the therapist was able to answer my questions about my condition better than the doctor and they refused to take xrays of the progress as it healed, I decided to get a second opinion, who stated surgery was necessary, and informed me had I simply been splinted, my finger would be virtually paralyzed and useless. The second surgeon told me the same thing. I went to a competent surgeon who brought up the subject of malpractice in regards to Ms. Joneschild's care and actions, including her refusal to take subsequent xrays as things "healed" at regular intervals, which the hand did… not. Avoid. She has a real attitude problem.

Terrible bedside manner. Has "God complex" and a bad attitude. Doesn't listen or empathize with patients. Believes she's "above" the patients. Rock bottom Emotional Intelligence. Wasted 9 months with this doc and she couldn't fix my hand pain after fracture and serious car accident.

Performed amazing surgery on my wrist, after a major break. Now functional as a normal wrist. Other doctors wanted to fuse it, but Doctor Joneschild "fixed it." Great follow-up.
