Eric Chenven

This visit was a great with Dr. Eric Chenven, he spent time explained to me about mi issues, he dedicated time to review my previous tests and give me advices. Really happy with all his explanations, His staff very kind specially Lola and Cheryl very nice to me, the environment was great. Thank you.

Today’s visit was with Dr Chenven’s PA for a followup visit. Although the appointment was mine Ginny and Lola at reception coordinated with PA Christina to see both me and my wife because my wife was afraid she had a UTI. Each of them went above and beyond to help us. Also Jillian, a nurse, was professional and efficient in prepping us for the visit with Christina. We were made to feel valued and cared for by the outstanding team put together under Dr Chenven’s leadership. The Doctor and entire office staff are 5 Star performers.

Dr. Chenven, of Broward Urology Center, is an excellent Urologist who is providing me with outstanding care. I feel very fortunate to have found his practice. At my first visit he conducted a thorough exam, asked probing questions and listened to my reasoning for seeking help. He then recommended a course of action. Each appointment following my initial visit he laid out and explained the next steps to address my issue. It was clear in each interaction that he is up to date on the latest treatment options. When I called to make my first appointment the person scheduling was very helpful. The minute I walked into Broward Urology Center the front office team greeted me warmly. The nurses and technicians are excellent, especially Dorothy, and all are very highly skilled. They make me feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Chenven within four visits was able to solve my issue without requiring surgery. Dr. Chenven and entire team at Broward Urology Center are deserving of 5 STARS.

I was referred to Dr. Chenven by my internist and have had the best experience with him. His approach to patient engagement and really ensuring that the patient clearly understands the diagnosis and the treatment plan is what separates him from others. He really seems to care for his patients instead of just looking at a person as a number. And his staff takes his lead and also does an outstanding job with interacting with and educating patients. I really feel like I'm getting the best care in south Florida from him and consider myself lucky to have found him.

Initially saw Dr. Chenven for a very thorough office visit. He has all the latest equipment. Ultimately he performed very successful laser surgery. He is very proficient at the most current procedures. Office is very well run with a large staff. Saw 2 other urologists since moving to Florida in 2012 and they cannot compare. Highly recommend.

Extremely knowledgeable, great listener and quite entertaining... I went in for one thing and he asked a few questions.. I left with him addressing three issues that I had missed... Incredible staff!!!... Jessica with making the appointment, LeAnn checking me in and Dorothy doing all the prelim work prior to Dr. Chenven... I left feeling 100% heard, totally taken care of and complete ease of mind... while laughing at some of the comments... from all.. Thank you to all for making me feel incredible... Lawrence

I have known doctor for some time now and I have found him to be careful, methodical and most competent when I came to him for care for my high psa score. this doctor is excellent.

I have been going to Dr. Chenven for many years for kidney problems and can say that I have been very satisfied with the care that I have received. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is very thorough and knowledgeable about his field and has earned great respect from other area doctors and hospitals.

Contacted Dr Chenven's office regarding the P-Shot. I asked how much for the procedure which should be about $800. Even then, huge margins for the Dr considering the kit they purchase to perform is $200 to $300 so $500 profit for an hours work. But I could not even get a price. Staff stated I have to come in for a consultation, they don't quote over the phone. I waited 2 weeks, drove an hour to get there and when I arrived, ha, $250 fee for the consultation. Really, I guess some Dr's don't realize for a elective procedure, you, the Dr, have to sell yourself to the prospective patient, why a patient should use you rather than the 100 other or so Urologists who locally perform the procedure as well. Try Dr Sherman in Boca Raton,.Great guy, very personable, a Board Certified Urologist, and will tell you the truth and will do so without any sales pressure. Price for the procedure is reasonable and less than most others. Plus you will get to speak with him directly, not an office assistant,… or high pressure sales person

Dr Chenvin helped me when I had a full retention and had to be Catheterized in the hospital. He did some testing and recommended Greenlight laser surgery. I had to go back to NY or I certainly would have had him do it. I did have it done in NY and it worked out very well. I will continue to see Dr. Chenvin when in Florida.
