EXCELLENCE!!! From the moment I walked into the door I was met with friendly staff. Everyone was so kind, polite and professional EVERY step of the way!!! I would sincerely recommend Dr. Roger and his practice to anyone needing - neurosurgeon!!!! If you are nervous and undecided of where to go, I would encourage you to go here. (Dr. Roger went over my results with me and EXPLAINED the why’s and showed me the why’s to requiring surgery). I truly went into surgery today feeling so confident in choosing Dr. Roger to perform my surgery. (He is Completely honest and upfront).

Implanted a spinal cord stimulator in neck , neck collapsed ,lied about what was happening to my spine had to have 2 surgeries to fix it perm disabled .He implants stimulator instead fixing spine for the kickback he gets from stimulator company .

I went to Dr. Roger after trying multiple therapies for the pain in my lower back and radiating down my leg. He reviewed my test results thoroughly and explained all my options clearly. He did NOT push for surgery, but recommended I try one more steroid injection to see if it offered relief. It did not, so we met and discussed all the details of the proposed surgery, recovery times and return to work details. His staff was exceptionally efficient, kind and never made it seem like a 'bother' if I had questions. I am now 7 weeks post-op and doing great! Danielle and Neil were outstanding - they really care about their patients! I highly recommend Dr. Roger and his practice.

Can't go into detail but meeting these people and having surgery with them is the biggest regret of my life

I went to Dr Roger for second opinion He was wonderful in explaining to me in detail what was wrong with my back. First Doctor I went to I never saw the Doctor that I make the appointment with. Just was seen with his PA. Again never seen with the surgeon! The PA told me a needed two surgery’s! Dr Roger told me I only need one. Get a second opinion go to Dr Roger! Dr Roger will be doing my surgery hands down!

The experience I have had with Dr. Roger and his staff is as good as it gets. I've had several major surgeries as extensive as a partial colectomy, MCL/ACL reconstruction due to a major accident and a total hip replacement with other surgeons. I can honestly say that I have never felt as comfortable and stress free for a major surgery with any other doctor/surgeon than I have had with Dr. Roger. His confidence level coming in the operating room prior to being put under anesthesia made me feel so at ease. I'm 4 days post OP and am looking forward to the rest of my recovery phase and then PT. I had surgery on my lower back saw this doctor only once and that was an hour or so before surgery he had a kid maybe 19 years old check on me while I'm the hosp .the pain was horrible and was kept n Morgan's the whole time and vicaden now three years later I can hardly walk the pain is terrible my feet are cold tingle and numb my hands and neck nerves have been damaged if recommend anyone to stay away from this doctor he is more interested n his botox then his surgeries any lawyers out their that can help me sue this guy

Did a spinal stimulator surgery. Got a major spinal infection afterwards that lasted a year and a half. To find out later that hardware previously implanted in the spine was not properly attached. He should have tested for it and didn't. So, in essence, there's a chance he may have performed an unnecessary surgery. There's also a substantial chance I may have developed MS from said spinal infection. And now I need a surgery to remove his failed experiment, another to fix hardware. Category 5 devastation.

Doctor Eric Roger is one of best Neuro surgeons in Western New York. He and his entire staff take care of each patient according to their individual needs. I had successful lower back surgery last year (6/29/16) and the doctor and staff took excellent care of me explaining each procedure. I would recommend this doctor and his staff to anyone having back problems. Your treated like family.

I saw many doctors and had 2 surgeries previously to seeing Dr. Eric Roger. He performed a disc fusion on me. Previous to the surgery, I had problems doing just about everything from the waist down. Issues walking, standing, sitting, using the bathroom, caring for myself, etc etc. It has been one year since my surgery and I have maybe 2 minutes of pain per day with 95% functionality back in my life. He changed my life.
