After working in my feet for several years I developed pain in my feet that was starting to have an effect on my daily life and work income. I started seeing Dr Lloyd and feel like we have made great progress. He knows his field and he’s very kind hearted and I would like to share my experience with him as a very positive one.

I went to see Dr. Lloyd for a foot issue that I’ve been dealing with for about 4 years, every other doctor I had seen, have wanted to jump straight to surgery. Doctor Lloyd took the time to thoroughly explain my condition, diagnosed appropriately, selected a treatment plan right for me and got me back on my feet enjoying life again in no time, WITHOUT SURGERY. I don’t know where I’d be without this amazing doctor. Thank you, Dr. Lloyd!

Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Lloyd and his office staff was a very negative experience. First and foremost, I walked into a followup with zero pain and swelling to walking out after the appointment with pain and swelling and most disturbing, xRays showing that the arm fracture had gotten worse. Everything from bad patient reports (referencing my arm fracture as a leg), to the medical assistant not knowing how to do a splint on an arm or put on a prosthetic, let alone being rude and not helpful, to the Doctor not overseeing the splinting at any point. Super high risk in healing in a non-optimal way. Finally, I had to get a second opinion. I'm so happy I did - feeling so much better now and back to being an active individual.

Dr Lloyd has a gentle bedside manor, but could not make up his mind as to how to repair my ankle break. First it was internal fixation, then it was external as well as internal. He finally settled on internal. I went into surgery and what was anticipated to take 2-3 hours took almost twice as long. Only the lateral part of the ankle was repaired and I was told I would need a second surgery to repair the medial break. Unfortunately this happened as my insurance deductible started over. It cost me an additional 6K dollars and the risk of a second surgery. I fired him and chose a different doctor. A grievous error! He is slow and indecisive. Go elsewhere

Dr. Lloyd has the best bedside manners and you can tell he cares about his patients. It was my first visit and he made me feel really comfortable, very easy to talk to.

Doctor Lloyd is a caring and concerned surgeon... explains his treatment plan in detail and is always open to questions. I would recommend him to friends and family with great confidence.
