I was really impressed with the information that Dr Novak provided to me about the issues with my feet. He provided solutions that were supportive but not as invasive as they could be. He answered all of my questions, provided preventative information as well as solutions of how to deal with the scenario I am dealing with. He was not directing toward a surgical solution or relying on cortisone shots for relief.

Dr. Novak fixed my ankle up. I highly recommend him. He is kind, takes time to answer questions, and seems to really care about my outcomes!

Not very supportive him or his nurse being that I had a fractured foot and still healing from surgery the worst pain in my life they were not supportive of the pain level and discomfort I am feeling had no choice to take time of of work without pay I requested the time to be covered he gave me no exceptions for the circumstances and the level of pain being that I could barely could walk !

Watch out for Dr. Novak his attitude and does not treat you with respect. When he gets upset with you he discharge you and then you will not be able to see other doctors in the facility. Be Careful!

Dr. Novak saved my foot and my life! And went out of his way to help me get it all paid for. It was because of his acts that I now know there is a God! Its 3 years later Dr. Novak and I'm back in California but I am still clean. I just wanted to thank you again!

Dr. Novak was very thorough when evaluating my ankle problem. He carefully listened, provided a detailed but easily understandable explanation of my diagnosis, and presented several treatment options. He recommended conservative options first but reviewed surgery as well if my pain persisted. I would highly recommend him to anyone with foot or ankle problems.

Dr. Novak is awesome! I went to see him about pain near a bunion in my foot. His approach is conservative (which I appreciate). He is a very good listener and will spend time with you. The only caveat is, his office only offers Spenco shoe inserts which are not what you may need. Smartfeet is much better and recommended by most podiatrists. I hope his office will learn about this so they will be awesome all around!!
