Dr Skoog is very thorough and explains things well. Only wish it wouldn’t take 2 hours. Lots of wait time. My time is precious also.

My visit to the Spokane Eye Clinic was a expected; 2 to 3 hrs. Most of the wait was when i got back to the lobby once my eyes were dilated. The assistant did a good job before with the routine stuff. Dr Skoog was nice, very personable, took the time to explain the terms he used for my condition, and what he thought it needed.. I have to go back for a procedure. He wrote down the name of it so I could look it up. I appreciate that a lot. The assistant apologized for the long wait, equipment malfunction, and the other reasons for the long wait, that was very nice.

Dr. Skoog and his team do a fantastic job of answering all care/procedure related questions and addressing concerns. This is my second (upcoming) procedure with Dr. Skoog and I totally respect & trust his decisions for my care.
