Dr. Eva Sahay, MD

Worst doctor on the planet who doesnt care about her patients and if you go for an MRI, she never calls you back with the results, you have to call her. Please do not and i repeat do not visit this doctor who does not care about her patients. She deserves to have her license taken away. Extremely unprofessional and does not handle anything with care. The worst neurologist in the whole long island PERIOD

Same as other reviews. She walks in with her designer bag and is flying out the door within 2mins.

My father was admitted to the hospital for a stroke. Dr Sahay was assigned to be his doctor. Most of the doctors came in the morning to check on their patients. She came in around 5pm every day with her designer bag on her shoulder like she was in a rush. She would stand far away, never touched him and barely spoke to him. She was gone in minutes. She then perscribed aspirin and Plavix which I now know is against the American Stroke Association recommendation. Three weeks later, he was back in the ER with a huge brain bleed and had to have EMERGENCY BRAIN SURGERY. If we waited another day he would have been dead. If you see her coming ask for another doctor!

AFTER DIAGNOSING MY FATHER DOOMED 3 DAYS AFTER HIS STROKE AS I WRITTEN BEFORE. ITS BEEN OVER A YEAR AND HE IS DOING GREAT!!! WALKS, REMEMBERS, UNDERSTANDS, ENJOYS LIFE AND CAN SAY SOME THINGS. LESSON LEARNED AND TIP TO DR SAHAY: DON'T DIAGNOSE FROM LOOKING AT A SCAN. TRY GIVING FAMILY HOPE AND IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE OUTCOME JUST SAY THAT INSTEAD OF GIVING A FAMILY A DARK TUNNEL TO LOOK DOWN.

Dr. Sahay saw me in the hospital barely spoke to me and never got back to me with the results of my MRI. I would not recommend her.

DIAGNOSED MY FATHER INCAPABLE AND DOOMED AFTER 2 DAYS OF HAVING A STROKE. i WOULD GIVE 1/4 OF A STAR IF I COULD.
